Totteridge Park is an exclusive development of 10 luxury homes within a beautifully restored, grade ii historic building, in Totteridge, North London, set in 5.5 acres of landscaped gardens.

The extensive, mature gardens and grounds complement the elegant interiors of these distinctive homes, and our role was to design and implement a planting scheme that would offer colour and textural interest to residents throughout the year.

The Borders and parkland garden play a key role in creating the setting of this incredible 17th century Red Brick mansion where a sensitive approach to the choice of plants and treatment of the existing trees, shrubs has ensured that these centuries old gardens will thrive into the future.

Working with the developer of this scheme, we have delivered a beautiful, yet practical scheme, and secured ongoing maintenance making sure the gardens always look their best.
